The silent coup continues, with more evidence that it is being orchestrated by the leader of the military, General Anupong Paojinda, who refused to obey the legally elected PM when he was instructed to clear the illegal PAD thugs. The general has been hosting various politicians in their attempt to create a coalition to support terminally unworthy Abhisit Vejjajiva, a workshy quisling who is wholly unfit for public office. If any further evidence is needed of the quality of these people, “Gen Anupong has repeatedly declared that he is a professional soldier who would not get involved in politics.” Welcome back to the big time, Mr Money Politics.
Yet another corpse has been found linked to the illegal occupation of the two airports by the fascist PAD movement. Police wonder whether this is another example of a PAD guard murdered by other PAD thugs or an innocent civilian murdered by the fascist thugs. The man was apparently beaten to death, a familiar MO for the PAD thugs. It is bizarre how PAD apologists still deny the violence so openly used by the thugs. Yesterday was Constitution Day and hence a holiday – which I had forgotten about but explains the lack of a post. It is a pity we cannot have a holiday for every new constitution then we could wrap the year up now.
